Ms. Haycraft is responsible for using data-driven insights to refine our clinical model and continuously strengthen our ability to meet the unique needs of every one of our patients and their families. As the aunt of a child who was born a micro-preemie with special health care needs, she is deeply committed to using her expertise in innovative care models and digital health to improve the ways children and their families access high-quality care and support. Prior to Imagine Pediatrics, she oversaw remote patient monitoring and hospital at home initiatives at Ascension, the largest nonprofit and Catholic health system in the US. Prior to that, she managed the pediatric virtual care portfolio at Mercy, a not-for-profit health system that spans seven states. As part of her work at Mercy, she led the design and launch of a value-based transformational models of care focused on children with medical complexity and special health care needs. The program made a significant impact in the lives of children and their families, improving access to quality care at home and reducing unnecessary trips to the hospital, which can be especially difficult for families of children with medical complexity and special health care needs. Her work at Mercy went on to become the foundation for Imagine Pediatrics, which she helped to co-found. Currently, she lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband and three children.
